Hot Table Chilli
This is a chilli flavour like you’ve not had before. It is a classic Western Cameroonian chilli It is often served raw, but it tastes mellower cooked. Use sparingly, can be very fiery, mind your tongue.
One of the ingredient s is cultivated in the rainforest, a nut very much loved in Cameroon and used in many dishes for its medicinal purposes. In the UK it called AKPI or Djansang and found in Cameroonian community shops. Goes with everything that needs a fiery drop kick.
