Is sustainable living expensive?

Short answer. NO. Do your research.

Read below, add a comment if it makes sense. You have got to save this blog.

Living sustainably can in the long run saves you some serious cash.

Light bulb. We are so used to our 60 watts at £1.00 at the pound shop. But did you know, by planning in advance to have a Climate compliant low energy bulb, you save both on your electrical consumption and on the lifetime of the bulb?

Not everyone can afford Quinoa. Do you know that barley and bulgur or cousous can be cheaper if you go to large ethnic shop (Turkish) rather than standard supermarket?

You do not have to buy your plant milk from the Alpro range, infact, Lidl soy milk is better for my coffee and is 3x cheaper.

You do not HAVE to shop at Holland & Barrett just like many don’t shop at Waitrose. Shop where you budget lead, dont buy weird stuff like Chia seed, don’t juice celery, it is a waste of £££ cook with it instead.

Instead if buying every piece of clothing new, re-invent the old and use charity shop. Exchange everything else using Olio application it is a fantastic app.

Start with those and follow @WasteNotReUse and @isitdanidawks the master #upCycler on Instagram for some great tips. Have fun. Don’t complicate it.

Now save the post, you’ll need it. 😉

Let’s think global while acting local in our homes first.

🌏It is not so hard to get Back to Basics.
🌏Eco Living is possible.
👌Be the change where you want to see change. It starts with you.
🌏Ecology is not someone else’s responsibility.
🌏Going Green is not so hard if you look closer.
👍Zero Waste Living is just an expression, it is not possible 100% of the time, but you can start somewhere. Research and start. Why not freeze your bread and left over herbs?

So. Where will you start your contribution to the climate change debate?

Do you still think COP26 is out of reach for you?

Adopting a healthier lifestyle discovering plant-based snacking

Happy July!

As we enter a new quarter, I thought I’d reintroduce, Charlotte Miss Nang’s favourite client, the person Miss Nang Treats was created to serve. Are you a Charlotte?

👉A woman between 30-45, she is ageless.

💕Clean eater: in recent years, she has had the desire to be more careful about what she eats: as you age, junk starts to accumulate in your system.

😏Wants to be & feel healthier: even with eating clean, she still has to be careful about her choices. Some good food will make you feel bloated, while others would make you feel lighter.

😋Guilt-free snacking: Snacking is the killer in any diet, but good snack needn’t being loaded with junk or be bland. Tats why Charlotte is a big fan of Miss Nang Treats.

👏Delays gratification: a healthy lifestyle is also about self control and how we reward ourselves with the things, treats or food we love.

👌As an office worker, although working from home at present, there is not much movement while working, so Charlotte definitely has to be intentional in her choice of snaking.

🤗Not only Miss Nang snack range is great for snacking, Charlotte can use it in her work as a great option for gifts, and goody bags fillers.

🍀Miss Nang Treats fits in almost all areas of Charlotte’s life including her desire to use more sustainable and localised brands in her daily life.

❓So. As a follower of Miss Nang Treats, can you relate to any of Charlotte facets? Which side of her can you relate most with?
