Did you know that our beloved pink cashews were actually created for Valentine’s Day? It’s their anniversary this month, and what better way to celebrate than by sending it to the one you love?

Let me remind you of how awesome and sustainable this snack is. We use beetroot juice to caramelize the cashews, and we don’t waste a thing! The leftover beetroot flesh is dehydrated and can be used as tea, to infuse drinks, or to add a tasty touch to cakes and soups. And don’t forget about the excess pink sugar stripped off the caramelized cashews – you can pre-order it and use it in your pancakes, natural yogurts, and porridge. Yum!
