Each pistachio kernel is coated in a luxurious blend of black onion seeds (Nigella seeds), pomegranate spice, turmeric, fresh garlic, and a touch of chili for a delicate, flavorful experience. The nuts are left to sit and absorb these flavours before being dried and roasted to perfection for two hours. Perfect for entertaining, these pistachios pair beautifully with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot, but we’d love to hear what you enjoy them with!
