Vegetarian week is the perfect time to start. Along with thousands of other food explorers taking part in Vegetarian Week across the UK, you will feel the sense of community around you.. But… You will be taking part in this exceptional challenge over Zoom.
For 4 days, you will be able to talk about the ingredients you’ve tried using, your instructor will share more ideas about how you can make your meals, snacks or starters more exciting with ideas you may have not thought of. Imagine 30 minutes just talking about food; those cooked by Hortense for the challenge and those you’ve cooked.
This is also an opportunity to talk about some recipes from “Plant-Based Ideas for Carnivores” cook book recently released.

National Vegetarian week will take place from May 10th to16th, the challenge will be between 11th – 14th May (Tuesday – Friday).
